- チケット・VIP予約金・グッズの性質上、お客様都合による返品・キャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。イベントが中止の場合は全額返金します。重複決済・誤課金が確認された場合は、調査のうえ返金または訂正処理を行います。グッズの初期不良は受け取り時に交換します。通信販売のためクーリング・オフは適用されません。No returns or cancellations for change of mind. Full refund if the event is cancelled. Duplicate or wrong charges are refunded after checking. Faulty merch is exchanged at pickup. Cooling-off does not apply to online sales.
- 販売数量Limits
- 商品・チケットごとに1回の購入上限を設定しています（VIPテーブルは1回1卓）。Each item has a per-order limit; one VIP table per order.
- チケットの転売Resale
- チケット不正転売禁止法に基づき、主催者の同意なく定価を超える価格での転売を禁止します。Unauthorised resale above face value is prohibited under Japanese law.
